Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením personální práce a aktivit interního personálního marketingu, které jsou realizovány v organizacích poskytující sociální služby ve městě Frýdku-Místku. Cílem je charakterizovat obsahový rámec personální práce a interního personálního marketingu a následně vytvořit soubor manažerských doporučení zaměřených na zkvalitnění zmíněných konceptů. Předkládaná práce je koncipována do dvou částí. První, teoretická část, definuje pojmy z oblasti personální práce a interního personálního marketingu. Praktická část se věnuje intepretaci výsledků výzkumného šetření. Na základě výsledků zjištěných v rámci výzkumného šetření jsou v závěru práce představena vlastní doporučení zaměřená na zlepšení v oblasti aktivit interního personálního managementu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the definition of personnel work and internal personnel marketing activities, which are implemented in organizations providing social services in the city of Frýdek-Místek. The goal is to characterize the content framework of personnel work and internal personnel marketing and subsequently create a set of managerial recommendations aimed at improving the quality of the mentioned concepts. The presented work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, defines terms from the field of personnel work and internal personnel marketing. The practical part is devoted to the interpretation of the results of the research investigation. Based on the results found in the research investigation, at the end of the thesis, own recommendations aimed at improvement in the field of internal personnel management activities are presented.
