Práce se zabývá duševní poruchou a jejími trestněprávními souvislostmi. Vymezuje pojem duševní poruchy v trestním právu hmotném s krátkým nahlédnutím do historie. Současně popisuje hmotněprávní a procesněprávní souvislosti duševní poruchy v trestním právu a zabývá se i trestní odpovědnostní pachatelů. Abstract:
The thesis discusses mental disorder and its criminal context. It defines the concept of mental disorder in criminal law with a short excursion to history. The thesis describes the substantive and procedural context of mental disorder in criminal law and consider offenders and their criminal liability.
