Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá regulací a dohledem na americkém finančním trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat jednotlivá regulatorní pravidla, která americké finanční prostředí ovlivňují. Práce se rovněž zabývá jednotlivými regulatorními a dohledovými institucemi. Regulace a dohled finančního trhu je velmi důležitou součástí fungování tohoto trhu. Z hlediska historického vývoje je patrné, že na počátku byly jisté regulatorní podmínky a pravidla, které byly v průběhu let napadány až do chvíle, kdy na americkém trhu došlo k deregulaci. Podstatné však je, že ačkoliv určitá pravidla a zákony byly zrušeny, téměř o dvacet let později jejich zrušení dovedlo svět k finanční krizi. Krize regulatorní přístup opět zpřísnila.

Abstract:

In thesis is deal with the regulation and supervision in the U.S. financial market. The main target of thesis is describe the regulatory rules of U.S. financial environment. The thesis also deal with various regulatory and supervisory institutions. Regulation and supervision of financial market is a very important part of this market. From a historical development is evident that at the beginning of the certain regulatory conditions and rules that have been changing over the years until the moment when the U.S. market became deregulated. The important thing is that although certain rules and laws were abolished, almost twenty years later, their removal has led the world into financial crisis. Crisis makes regulatory again sharp.
