Abstract:
Záměrem práce je charakterizovat problematiku legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti včetně vymezení způsobů páchání, opatření proti legalizaci včetně příslušné právní úpravy a institucí zabývajících se touto problematikou.
Abstract:
The intention of my bachelor thesis is to characterize the issue of the legalization of proceeds from criminal activities, including definition of methods of committing, measures againts legalization, including relevant legislation and institutions dealing with this issue.
