Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat příčiny snížené pracovní výkonnosti bankovních poradců při kontaktu s klienty a předložit variantní návrh řešení současných problémů při posouzení nákladů na jeho realizaci vzhledem k odhadovanému přínosu pro podnik. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the relationship managers of a chosen bank branch; the aim of the work is to analyse the causes of their low work performance when dealing with the clients. The thesis also endeavours to offer alternative solutions to the recognised problems while considering the costs and benefits of these solutions.
