Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje pojetím spravedlnosti Johna Rawlse a Roberta Nozicka. První část práce pojednává o tradičních teoriích společenské smlouvy tak, jak je formulovali Jean-Jacques Rousseau a John Locke, a na které navazují i teorie Rawlse a Nozicka. The presented thesis is devoted to the concept of justice, John Rawls and Robert Nozick. The first part deals with the traditional theories of social contract formulated by Jean-Jacques Rousseau and John Locke, and which are connected with the theory of Rawls and Nozick.
