Utilization of renewable resources for power generation - economy of facilities construction and operation

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématikou obnovitelných zdrojů při výrobě elektrické energie. Popisuje a vyhodnocuje jednotlivé druhy zařízení, mezi které patří fotovoltaické elektrárny, větrné elektrárny, bioplynové elektrárny, malé vodní elektrárny. Důležitou roli zde hraje státní politika, která vstupuje do procesu aktivně, s podporou pro investory ve formě garantovaných výkupních cen a zelených bonusů po celou dobu životnosti zařízení a tím má dosáhnout zvýšení podílu zelené/ekologické energie na celkové spotřebě energie v ČR. V praktické části se vychází z reálné situace instalovaného zařízení fotovoltaické elektrárny na rodinném domku autora práce. Hodnocena je ekonomická stránka elektrárny, co se týče nákladů pořízení, výnosnosti a doby návratnosti peněžních prostředků. Výsledkem je rozhodnutí o ekonomicky výhodné řešení výstavby a provozu FV systému.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of renewable resources in producing electric power. It describes and evaluates individual kinds of machines among which there are photovoltaic power stations, wind stations, bio-gas stations and small hydroelectric stations. One of the most important roles is played by the state politics which is actively involved via supporting investors in the form of guaranteed state purchasing price and the so-called green bonuses during the whole operating life of the device, and therefore it helps increase the proportion of energy in relationship with the total amount of energy consumption in the Czech Republic. In the practical part a real situation of an installed photovoltaic power station on the house of the author is demonstrated. The start-up costs, profitability and the time of the return on investment are evaluated. The conclusion shows is decision an economically profitable solution of build and operation photovoltaic power
