Possibilities of protection and restoration of the values of the composed landscape of Hlubocko

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá krajinářskou studií vybraného území Hluboká nad Vltavou. Úvod této práce se zabývá problematikou komponovaných krajin a její možností obnovy a ochrany. V rámci krajinářské studie jsou vyhodnoceny analýzy primární, sekundární a terciární struktury krajiny. Terciární krajinná struktura je vyhodnocena v rámci kapitoly dochovaných jevů, jež je rovněž výslednou částí z analýz. Zabývá se také identifikací komponované krajiny dle Kulišťákové, jež po prvotním střetu s metodikou bylo zřejmé, že Hlubocká krajina se komponovaností jasně vyznačuje a je do velké míry zachovalá. Po části výsledků dochovaných jevů práce poukazuje na některé negativní prvky území a možnosti řešení konkrétních problémů. Dále se zabývá také nově vyhotoveným územním plánem a následnou možností vymezit území jako krajinnou památkovou zónu se zmíněnými dalšími poznatky v rámci managementu a ochrany komponovaných krajin. V další návrhové části se zabývá územím v okolí dvora Vondrov, jeho problémy a možnostmi změn. Řeší například kolizi v dopravě a nepřístupnost z jedné části plochy k druhé. Poukazuje na další vhodné změny či možnosti rekreace této oblasti. Jedná se především o zvýšení ekologické, estetické, ale i kulturní hod- noty území. Je zde například navrhován ovocný sad, který byl v minulosti ve východní části za dvorem Vondrov a jež se nedochoval. Ná závěr této práce je v diskuzi znovu shrnuto navržení tohoto území za krajinnou památkovou zónu. Cílem je zajištění možnosti obnovy a následné péče komponované krajiny. Na tomto základě může být vypracován standardizovaný záznam krajinné památkové zóny Hluboká nad Vltavou.

Abstract:

The first part of work deals with the issue of designed landscape and its possibilities for restoration and protection. Within the landscape studies, analyzes of the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of the landscape are evaluated. The tertiary landscape structure is evaluated within the chapter of pre- served phenomena, which is also the final part of the analysis. The thesis also deals with the identification of the designed landscape according to Kulišťáková (2014), which after the initial interest with the metho- dology, it was clear that the Hluboká landscape clearly shows aspects of „designed landscape“ with its composition and is largely preserved. After parts of the results of the preserved phenomena, the thesis takes place on some other elements of the territory and the possibilities of solving specific problems. I also deal with the newly created zoning plan and the subsequent possibility of defining the area as historical landscape reservation with the afore- mentioned other findings in the management and protection of designed landscape. The next design part deals with the area around the Vondrov court, its problems and possibilities for change. It solves, for example, collisions in traffic and inaccessibility from one part of the area to ano- ther. It points to other suit able changes or recreational opportunities in this area. It is mainly about increasing the ecological, aesthe- tic, but also cultural value of the area. For example, there is a proposed orchard, which was in the past in the eastern part behind the Vondrov court and which has not been preserved. At the end of this thesis, the design of this area as historical landscape reservation is again mentioned in discussions. The aim is to ensure the possibilities of restoration and subsequent care of the com- posed landscape. On this basis, a standardized record of the historical landscape reservation Hluboká nad Vltavou can be prepared.
