Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Reengineering podnikového procesu“ je analýza vybraných procesů v konkrétním podniku a návrh jejich reengineeringu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a vztahů mezi nimi. V praktické části mapuji vybrané procesy, provádím jejich analýzu a na základě analýzy navrhuji potřebné změny, včetně krátké analýzy nákladů a výnosů. Na závěr porovnávám navržené …more

The subject of my Bachelor work "Reengineering of a Business Process" is an analysis of selected processes in a concrete company and a suggestion for reengineering. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic terms and relationships between them.
