Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv předporodní přípravy měkkých porodních cest vůči porodnímu poranění. Obsahem práce je teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie reprodukčních orgánů ženy, druhy poranění na rodidlech, které mohou vznikat při porodu, role porodní asistentky a její edukace žen o možnosti prevence a následná péče o jizvu v šestinedělí. Praktická část práce je vypracována pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu za použití polostrukturovaného dotazníku vytvořeného na webových stránkách a sdíleného na internetových sítích. Dotazník byl určen ženám v období do 6 měsíců po prvním vaginálním porodu. Výzkum probíhal od 25. listopadu 2021 do 31. ledna 2022. Dotazník vyplnilo celkově 129 žen, z nichž bylo 14 žen vyřazených, protože nesplňovaly podmínky pro vy-plnění. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má předporodní příprava měkkých porodních cest na porodní poranění ženy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of prenatal preparation of soft birth canals to birth injuries. The content of the work is a theoretical and practical part. The theoreti-cal part describes the anatomy of a woman's reproductive organs, the types of injuries to the birth canal that may arise during the childbirth, the role of midwives and her educa-tion of women about the possibility of prevention and subsequent care of scars in the pu-erperium. The practical part of the work is developed using quantitative research using a semi-structured questionnaire created on the website and shared on the Internet. The question-naire was designed for women within 6 months after the first vaginal birth. The research took place from November 25, 2021 to January 31, 2022. The questionnaire was complet-ed by a total of 129 women, of whom 14 women were excluded because they did not meet the conditions for completion. The main goal was to find out what effect prenatal prepara-tion of soft birht canals has on a woman's birth injury.
