Tato diplomová práce „Strategické řízení firem v době krize“ se zabývá analýzou příčin vzniku finanční krize, dopadem finanční krize na podniky a na stabilitu finančních trhů. Diplomová práce dále rozebírá finanční rizika, kterým jsou firmy při své činnosti vystaveny a definuje základní finanční deriváty vhodné k zajištění tohoto rizika.
