Authorities of the municipal focusing on the special authorities and their activities

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je představení orgánů obce a nastínění jejich činností v oblasti samostatné i přenesené působnosti, jelikož právě tato činnost se bezprostředně dotýká života každého občana obce a to ve značné míře. Prezentovány budou jak základní a známé orgány obce jako je zastupitelstvo obce, rada obce, ale především pak orgány zvláštní, o nichž značná část populace nemá zcela jasnou a ucelenou představu, přičemž úkony, jež tyto orgány vykonávají, jsou neméně důležité. Pro praktickou ilustraci činností bylo zvoleno město Česká Lípa, které má těchto zvláštních orgánů dostatek a je tak možné uvedení širší škály zřízených orgánů a jejich náplně práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the introduction of municipal bodies and outlining their activities in the area of autonomous and delegated powers, since it is precisely such activity directly affects the lives of every citizen of the village and to a large extent. The Exhibition will both basic and municipal bodies known as the council of the municipality, the municipal council, but especially special authorities, of which a considerable part of the population does not have a clear and comprehensive solid idea, taking actions that they perform, are equally important. To illustrate the practical activity was chosen city of Česká Lípa, which has plenty of these special authorities and it is possible to put a wider range of established institutions and their job descriptions.
