Daňová kontrola, jakožto jeden z postupů správce daně upravený zákonem č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád, vzbuzuje mnoho emocí mezi odbornou i laickou veřejností zejména proto, že při ní dochází ke značnému zásahu do práv daňového subjektu. Tax audit, as a one of the practices of the tax authorities modified by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., Tax code, raises many emotions between the professionals and the public especially since, that there is a substantial interference with the rights of the taxpayer.
