Relaxation and regeneration of pedagogue

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Relaxace a regenerace pedagoga“ poukazuje na skutečnost, že povolání učitele je velice psychicky náročné. V mé práci jsem se snažila o přehledné shrnutí možných způsobů a technik fyzické a psychické relaxace. Odpočinek, který je zvláště u pedagogické profese nezbytný, bývá velmi často opomíjen a zlehčován. V první kapitole jsem se soustředila na vysvětlení základních pojmů jako jsou zdraví, psychologie zdraví a kvalita života jedince. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje význam pojmů relaxace a regenerace. Dále se zde zaměřuji na význam a účinky relaxace pro lidský organismus, osobní charakteristiky člověka, které hrají významnou roli při zvládání životních těžkostí a na relaxaci a regeneraci pedagoga v souvislosti s nebezpečnými důsledky vyčerpaní sil jako jsou například burnout syndrom nebo stres. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám konkrétními způsoby, jak zvládat nadměrnou zátěž a jak relaxovat. Tyto techniky jsou rozděleny do dvou podkapitol – fyzická relaxace a psychická relaxace.

Abstract:

The Bachelor’s Thesis “Relaxation and regeneration of pedagogue” points to the reality, that a teacher is very mental demanding career. In this work I‘m trying to prepare an overview of some possibilities and ways of a psychical and physical relaxation. The relaxation, which is for all educationalist very important, is often omitted and detracted. In the first chapter I’m focusing to explain the basic terms as health, a psychology of the health and a life quality of each person. The second chapter explains the meaning of the relaxation and regeneration. The next part is focused to an importance and impacts of the relaxation to human being, personal characteristics of each person, which are very important to handle hard situations in our life and also to the relaxation and the regeneration of an educationalist with respect to dangerous impacts of an exhaustion, which could be a special case as a burnout syndrome or stress. The third chapter contains real procedures, how to handle burden and how to relax. These techniques are divided into two heads – the physical relaxation and psychical relaxation.
