Data Import from Relational Databases into OLAP
Abstract:
Master thesis deals with analysis, design and development of ETL tool for database Infor PM OLAP. First part is about Business Intelligence technologies. Most space is dedicated to OLAP technology, data warehouses and ETL process. In second part is presented analysis of requirments and design of a new tool. Text ends with a description of new tool and explanation of it's fundamental parts.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou, návrhom a vývojom ETL nástroja pre databázu Infor PM OLAP. Prvá čast sa venuje technológiam Business Intelligence. Najviac priestrou je venovaného technológii OLAP, dátovým skladom a ETL procesu. V druhej časti je predstavená analýza požiadaviek a návrh nového nástroja. Text končí popisom nového nástroja a vysvetlením implementácie jeho podstatných častí.
