Current state and potential of tourism development in Kunstat

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením aktuálního stavu cestovního ruchu ve městě Kunštátu. V úvodní teoretické části, která byla vytvořena především za pomoci literární rešerše, je představena typologie cestovního ruchu, klíčové pojmy související s cestovním ruchem a dále jsou zde charakterizována vybraná specifika městského cestovního ruchu. V navazující praktické části je nejprve pozornost zaměřena na analýzu studovaného města z hlediska vybavenosti důležité pro oblast cestovního ruchu a také jsou zmíněny kulturně-historické a přírodní památky, ale i nejvýznamnější milníky historického vývoje města. Poté se práce věnuje analýze projektů, které byly v nedávné minulosti realizovány v Kunštátě v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Následuje hodnocení výsledků vlastního dotazníkového výzkumu, který byl realizován s respondenty (účastníky cestovního ruchu) přímo v terénu. Díky tomuto šetření byly získány nové informace a poznatky, na základě kterých byla v závěru formulována doporučení, jejichž implementace v praxi může přispět k dalšímu rozvoji cestovního ruchu nejen ve studovaném městě, ale i v typologicky podobných obcích.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of tourism in Kunštát. In the introductory theoretical part, which was created mainly with the help of a literature search, the typology of tourism, key concepts related to tourism and selected specifics of urban tourism are presented. In the subsequent practical part, the attention is first focused on the analysis of the studied city in terms of amenities important for the tourism sector and also the cultural, historical and natural monuments are mentioned, as well as the most important milestones of the historical development of the city. Then the thesis analyses the projects that have been implemented in Kunštát in the recent past in the field of tourism. This is followed by an evaluation of the results of the actual questionnaire research, which was carried out with respondents (tourism participants) directly in the field. Thanks to this research, new information and knowledge was obtained, on the basis of which recommendations were formulated in the conclusion, whose implementation in practice can contribute to the further development of tourism not only in the studied town, but also in typologically similar municipalities.
