Právo nekalé soutěže představuje významný prvek právních řádů, který se neustále vyvíjí. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nekalou soutěží ve sportu. Law of unfair competition is an constantly developing important element of legal systems. This thesis deals with the unfair competition in sport. This area is not typical for unfair competition in legal meaning, therefore I am trying to describe it. The thesis contains three main parts.
