Reasons for building an application room for people who use drugs

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a komparace všech kladů a záporů pro vybudování aplikačních místností v hlavním městě Praze, kde je největší koncentrace drogově závislých v celé České republice. V teoretické části práce je analyzována současná situace uživatelů drog a možností, které jsou uživatelům drog nabízeny při jejich užívání. Práce obsahuje pojmy, legislativu, uvádí zdravotní, sociální a ekonomická rizika, která se promítají do stavu a řešení drogově závislých i s ohledem na širokou veřejnost. Soustřeďuje se na představení projektu aplikační místnosti, uvádí, jaké jsou její výhody a trendy ve světě, úspěšnost či odezva po jejích pořízeních a provozování. Teoretická část se opírá o veřejně dostupné a ověřené zdroje a odbornou literaturu zabývající se drogovou problematikou, adiktologií a trestním právem či posouzením. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení přínosu aplikačních místností ve vztahu k široké veřejnosti a k hlavnímu městu Praze jako zřizovateli.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelorꞌs thesis is to evaluate and compare all the pros and cons for building application rooms in the capital city of Prague, where there is the largest concentration of drug addicts in the entire Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the work, the current situation of drug users and the possibilities offered to drug users during their use are analyzed. The work contains concepts, legislation, states health, social and economic risks that are reflected in the condiction and solutions of drug addicts, also with regard to the general public. It focuses on the introduction of the application room project, its advantages and trends in the world, the success or response after its acquisition and operation. The teoretical part is based on publicly available and verified sources and professional literature dealing with drug issues, addiction and criminal law or assessment. At the end of the thesis, an evaluation of the contribution of the application rooms in relation to the general public and to the capital city of Prague as the founder is given.
