Bakalářská práce se zabývá prominutím daně z přidané hodnoty na respirátory vydaného Ministerstvem financí v roce 2021 z důvodu mimořádné události. V první části je toto nařízení detailně popsáno a analyzováno z právního hlediska. Je zde vysvětleno zdanění respirátorů ve standardním režimu a popsána pravidla pro pohyb zboží přes hranice. The bachelor thesis deals with the exemption of value added tax on respirators issued by the Ministry of Finance in 2021 due to an exceptional event. In the first part, this regulation is described in detail and analyzed from a legal perspective.
