Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Pěstounská péče před novelou zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a po novele pohledem pěstounů" se zabývá pěstounskou péči, novelou zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a změnami, které novela přináší. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat zákon č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně - právní ochraně dětí před novelou a po novele ve vztahu k pěstounské péči a definovat jeho změny, ke kterým došlo novelizací tohoto zákona. Tato práce je tvořena teoretickou a výzkumnou částí. Teoretická část má čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena na pěstounskou péči, kde rozlišuji pěstounskou péči zprostředkovanou a nezprostředkovanou. Považuji za nutné věnovat se také osobnosti pěstouna a jejich možné motivaci. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji pěstounské péči před novelou zákona a také novele zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a jejich změnám. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se věnuji samotné dohodě o výkonu pěstounské péče, která je nejdůležitější změnou, a roli sociálního pracovníka ve vztahu k pěstounské péči. Výzkumná část práce je zpracována kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií, jejímž cílem je zjistit pohled pěstounů na novelu zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a s tím související změny, které daná novela přináší v oblasti pěstounské péče. Data pro výzkumnou část jsou získaná technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýzou dokumentů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "Foster Care before the Amendment of the Act on the Social and Legal Protection of Children and after the Amendment from the Foster View" deals with foster care, amendment to the Act on the Social and Legal Protection of Children and the changes brought by the amendment. The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the Act No 359/1999 on Social and Legal Protection of Children against the amendment and after the amendment in relation to foster care and to define the changes that were made by amending this act. This work consists of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part has four chapters. The first chapter focuses on foster care, where I distinguish between foster care and mediated foster care. I consider it necessary to focus on to the foster parents personality and their possible motivation. In the following chapters, I deal with foster care before the amendment of the Act and also the amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children and Their Changes. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I deal with the foster care agreement itself, which is the most important change and role of social worker in relation to foster care. The research part of the thesis is a qualitative research strategy, which aims to find out the view of foster parents on the amendment of the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children and related changes that the amendment brings in the area of foster care. Data for the research part are obtained by the technique of semi-structured interview and document analysis.
