Magistrate diploma work deals with fairy-tale themes in the russian opera of the 19th century. I focused on diverse ways of working of the particular authors with these motifs on the basis of three chosen operas (Ruslan and Lyudmila by Mikhail Glinka, Rusalka by Alexander Dargomyzhsky and The Tale of Tsar Saltan by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov).
