Předmětem této práce je analýza rady obce v českém obecním zřízení. Hlavním cílem je představit radu obce jako jeden z orgánů obce, jež se podílí na správě veřejných věcí a zhodnotit její činnost v oblasti obecního zřízení a především definovat problémy a nedostatky stávající právní úpravy s nabídkou možného řešení. This thesis analyses a municipal council in the Czech municipal system. The main aim is to present the municipal council as one of municipal bodies that participates in administration of public matters, and to evaluate its activity in the sphere of municipal system and particularly to define problems and deficiencies of current legal regulation proposing a possible solution.
