Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopností vybraného podniku. Konkurenceschopnost byla posuzována s využitím metod pro hodnocení vnějšího i vnitřního podnikového prostředí. Analýza vnitřní konkurenceschopnosti byla vyhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy (matice IFE), analýzy portfolia s využitím matice BCG a analýzy vnitřních podnikových zdrojů. Vnější konkurenceschopnost podniku byla analyzována pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy konkurentů a STEP analýzy. Na základě SWOT analýzy byla zjištěna průměrná interní pozice podniku a vyšší míra citlivosti vybraného podniku na změny vnějšího prostředí. BCG matice ukázala, že podnikové portfolio je vyhovující. Analýza vnitřní struktury stavebního odvětví prokázala nejvyšší sílu stávajících konkurentů. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých strategických analýz včetně návrhu opatření pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of competitiveness of the selected company. Competitiveness of the company was assessed by using methods for evaluating internal and external company environment. Analysis of internal competitiveness was evaluated by using SWOT analysis (IFE matrix), portfolio analysis with BCG matrix and internal resources analysis. External competitiveness was analyzed by using Porter’s five model, analysis of competitors and STEP analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, the average internal position of the company and the higher sensitivity of the selected company to external influences were found. The BCG matrix assessed that the company portfolio is satisfactory. The analysis of the internal structure of the construction sector proved the highest strength of existing competitors. At the end of the bachelor thesis summarizes the result of individual strategic analyses including the proposal of measures to improve the competitiveness of the company.
