Medical rehabilitation in patients after total knee arthroplasty: evaluation of the effects of closed kinetic chains excercises
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá celkovým vlivem cvičení v uzavřených kinematických řetězcích u pacientů v subakutní fázi po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Práce posuzuje účinek tohoto cvičení na zvětšení svalové síly musculus quadriceps femoris a rozsahu pohybu v operovaném kolenním kloubu. Práce hodnotí také pooperační změny velikosti otoku a vnímané bolesti.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the general effect of closed kinetic chains exercises in patients in the subacute phase after total knee arthroplasty. The thesis explores the effect of these exercises in increasing the strength of the quadriceps femoris muscle and range of motion in the operated knee joint. The thesis also evaluates postoperative changes of edema size and perceived pain.
