Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza získaných dat z portfolia uzavřených hypotéčních úvěrů v České spořitelně, a.s. za sledované období v letech 2013 - 2015. V první části práce jsou vymezeny definice a pojmy, které se vážou k dané problematice. Druhá část je věnována analýze hypotéčních úvěrů a sledování závislostí mezi jednotlivými ukazateli. Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the data obtained from the portfolio of mortgage loans closed by the Czech Savings Bank, Inc. over the period of 2013-2015. The first part defines the concepts and definitions that are related to the issue. The second part is devoted to an analysis of mortgage loans and tracking dependencies between the indexes.
