The Transformation of the Care System for Children at Risk from the Perspective of the Authority of Social Legal Child Protection

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení transformace systému péče o ohrožené dětiz perspektivy orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce má oporu zejménave výchozích nadresortních dokumentech, jež analyzují současnou situaci v oblasti systému péče o ohrožené děti a vyzývají k transformaci systému, vymezují čtyři prioritní oblasti transformace a stanovují hlavní cíl i dílčí cíle transformace. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak se z perspektivy dotazovaných pracovníků orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí daří naplňovat dílčí cíle transformace ve čtyřech prioritních oblastech transformace. Práce je vypracovaná na základě teoreticko-empirické metody. Teoretická koncepce je oporou pro určení výzkumných kategorií, podkategorií a indikátorů, dle nichž je posuzováno, jak pracovníci orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí interpretují transformaci. Těžiště práce spočívá v kvalitativním výzkumném šetření. Sběr dat je zajištěn technikou kvalitativních rozhovorů s pracovníky orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Královehradeckém kraji. Užitá kvalitativní metodologie vychází z interpretativního paradigma. Cílem je zpracování analýzy názorů dotazovaných pracovníků s důrazem na reflexi procesu transformace. Závěry šetření jsou platné pouze pro Královehradecký kraj.

Abstract:

The Master Thesis is concerned on the Evaluation of the Effect of the Transformation of the System of the Care for Children at Risk from the Perspectiveof the Authority of Social Legal Child Protection. The Thesis is especially supported in Crucial Superdepartmental Documments, which analyse the Current Situation of the Child-care System and call for the Transformation of this System, define Four Priority Areas of Transformation and establish the the Main Objective and Partial Objectives of Transformation. The Aim of the Diploma Thesis is the Exploration, how are from the Perpective of Asked Employees of the Authority of Social Legal Child Protection achieved Partial Objectives of Transformation established in Four Priority Areasof the Transformation. The Thesis is based on Theoretical-empiric Method. The theoretical Conception isa Mainstay for the Determination of Research Categories, Subcategories and Indicators according to which is assessed, how Employees of the Authority of Social legal Child Protection evaluate the Transformation. The Focus of the Thesis consist of a Qualitative Research Survey. The Collection of Data is achieved by Techniques of Qualitative Interviews with Social Workers of the Authority of Social legal Child Protection in the Region of the Hradec Králové. Qualitative methodology is basedon the Interpretative Paradigm. The Aim is the Elaboration of the Analysis of Opinions of asked Employees. The Emphasis is on Reflection of Transformation. Findingsof the Exploration are valid only for the Region of the Hradec Králové.
