Interval communication in a selected factory

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnitropodnikové komunikace a vztahů ve vybraném výrobním podniku Pekárny a cukrárny Klatovy a.s. Komunikace ve firmě je velice důležitá a musí tedy fungovat na dobré úrovni. Firma, jak můžeme poznat z názvu, se zabývá výrobou pekařského a cukrářského sortimentu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to teoretické a aplikační. První část je zaměřena na komunikaci jako takovou, komunikační techniky, druhy, bariéry apod. V aplikační části najdeme důležité informace o podniku a teoretické poznatky z praxe. K analýze vztahů a vnitropodnikové komunikace bylo použito dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky. Z celkové analýzy vyplynulo, že zaměstnanci jsou ve svém pracovním prostředí spokojeni. Vztahy mezi zaměstnanci jsou na dobré úrovni a zaměstnanci tvoří dohromady ucelený kolektiv. Dalším poznatkem je, že vedoucí by měli své podřízené včas a lépe informovat. Měli by také častěji poskytovat zpětnou vazbu. Na konci této práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné veškeré informace a návrhy řešení, které by mohly zlepšit vztahy a efektivitu vnitropodnikové komunikace.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the analyses of internal communication and relationships in the company Pekarny a Cukrarny Klatovy a.s.. Communication within the company is very important and must be at a good level. The company, as we can recognize from the name, is engaged in the manufacture of bakers and confectionery range. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is focused on communication, communication techniques, types, barriers , etc. The theoretical part contains important information about the company and theoretical knowledge in practice. I analyzed the relationships among employees and internal communication within the company from the questionnaire survey and interviews with executives.The result of analyses is that employees are satisfied in their working team. The relationships among employees are at good level and they make a comprehensive team. The managers should inform their colleagues better and earlier. They should also provide feedback more often. At the end of this work I summarize the findings and proposed solutions that could improve the effectiveness of internal relations and communication.
