Spiritual Dimension of Leisure Education in Scouting

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter, jehož cílem je zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti oddílových vedoucích se spirituální dimenzí u dětí předškolního věku. Teoretická část sumarizuje poznatky z oblasti spirituality, volnočasové výchovy a skautingu u dětí předškolního věku. Výzkumná část má kvalitativně orientovaný design, který byl realizován na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s oddílovými vedoucími benjamínku. Shromážděná data byla analyzována metodou IPA, jehož výsledkem je zjištění, že oddíloví vedoucí vytvářejí prostor a podmínky k rozvoji spirituální dimenze u dětí předškolního věku. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány výsledky výzkumu, které mohou být inspirací pro učitelky mateřských škol.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis has a theoretical-research character, the aim of which is to find out what is the experience of group leaders with the spiritual dimension in preschool children. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge from the field of spirituality, leisure education and scouting for preschool children. The research part has a qualitatively oriented design, which was realized on the basis of semi-structured interviews with the group leaders. The collected data were analysed using the IPA method, the result of which is the finding that group leaders create space and conditions for the development of the spiritual dimension in preschool children. At the end of the thesis, the results of the research are processed, which can be an inspiration for kindergarten teachers.
