The current state and potential of tourism at the territory of the city of Napajedla

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit největší nedostatky ve městě Napajedla a následně navrhnout opatření, která by vedla k jejich zlepšení a do budoucna tak zajistila rozvoj cestovního ruchu ve městě. Teoretická část definuje základní charakteristiku urbánního prostředí v rámci cestovního ruchu a vychází ze zahraniční i domácí literatury. Další kapitola představuje souhrnnou analýzu města Napajedla z pohledu cestovního ruchu, která je zaměřena na přírodní a kulturně-historické atraktivity, akce pořádané městem a vybaveností města z hlediska služeb, které byly kartograficky vyobrazeny. Dále se v práci setkáme i s realizovanými projekty uskutečněnými v rámci cestovního ruchu. Výzkumná část byla realizována za pomocí kvantitativního dotazníku prováděného online i terénním šetřením. Online forma šetření byla zvolena z důvodu vypovídajících hodnot o celoroční atraktivitě cestovního ruchu, jelikož dotazníkové šetření bylo prováděno ve dvou jarních měsících (i přesto, že během období sběru dat bývá ve městě vysoká návštěvnost). Následně byla zjištěná data graficky vyobrazena a bylo navrženo doporučení ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu cestovního ruchu ve městě Napajedla.

Abstract:

The aim of the work was to find out the biggest shortcomings in the city of Napajedla and subsequently propose measures that would lead to their improvement and thus ensure the development of tourism in the city in the future. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics of the urban environment within the tourism industry and is based on foreign and domestic literature. The next chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of the city of Napajedla from the point of view of tourism, which is focused on natural and cultural-historical attractions, events organized by the city and the city's facilities in terms of services. Furthermore, in the work we will also meet realized projects carried out within the tourism industry and their cartographic depictions. The research part was implemented with the help of a quantitative questionnaire conducted online and by field investigation. The online survey was chosen because of the indicative values about the year-round attractiveness of tourism, as the questionnaire survey was only carried out in two months, despite the fact that it was during a period with high visitor numbers to the city proposed recommendations to improve the current state of tourism in the city of Napajedla.
