Rudolf Těsnohlídek in context of the Czech literature

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zaměřit se detailně na dílo i životní osud Rudolfa Těsnohlídka. Podrobněji se pak věnuje povídce Liška Bystrouška. Přiblížení politické scény v Českých zemích pomáhá k utvoření představy o jejím vlivu na literární tvorbu i na samotnou Těsnohlídkovu osobu. Jeho počáteční dílo ovlivňuje anarchismus a umělecké směry, jež si na přelomu století naprosto podrobily celou literární scénu. Na pozdější tvorbu má vliv první světová válka. Popsání tragických událostí jeho života a jejich dopadu na Těsnohlídkovu psychiku pak slouží k pochopení temných a neproniknutelných veršů, úzkostných stavů a depresivních nálad. V Těsnohlídkově tvorbě se značí dvě odlišné linie: Chmurné a zádumčivé básně a úsměvná Liška Bystrouška. Na rozhraní potom stojí brněnské romány, vykreslující lidské chyby a nedostatky humornou cestou.

Abstract:

Bachelor work Rudolf Těsnohlídek in context of the Czech literature objective is to bring the detailed sight on his creation and his life fate. The tale Liška Bystrouška is elaborated closely. The approximation of the political scene in the Czech country helps to make a preception of its influence on literary creation and on Těsnohlídeks person. His initial work is influented by anarchism and artistic movements, which dominated at the end of 19th and the early part of the 20th century the whole literary scene. The later works are affected by the First World War. The description of the tragical events of his life and their impact on his mental condotion serves to comprehension Těsnohlídeks dark and impenetrable verses, depressing and melancholy moods nad anxiety states. In his creation we can see two different lines: Uncheerful, contempplative and melancholic poems and funny Liška Bystrouška. On the dividing line stand the novels from scene of the Brno City, which draw human mistakes and failings in a humorous way.
