Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá likvidací škod z pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla se zahraniční účastí. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část zajišťuje vstup do této problematiky, druhá část má za úkol objasnit vývoj až do současného stavu v této oblasti. This diploma thesis deals with the claims settlement from the MTPL insurance with foreign party participation. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter ensures the entry into this issues, second chapter is to clarify the developent up to the current situation in this area.
