Nároky péče na matku dítěte s mentálním postižením

Abstract:

Absolventská práce je zaměřená na nároky péče o dítě s mentálním postižením z pohledu matky. Když se takové dítě narodí, je těžké nejen pro matky, ale i pro zbytek rodiny a širší okolí, tuto skutečnost přijmout, naučit se o dítě se specifickými potřebami pečovat a žít s ním. Tato práce tedy nejprve popisuje mentální postižení a syndromy s ním spojené, dále se věnuje přijetí dítěte rodiči, jejich reakcím, příčinám špatného přijetí dítěte a zásady v péči o dítě s mentálním postižením. Matka je většinou ta, která přebírá zodpovědnost za péči o dítě, proto je další kapitola věnována matkám dětí s mentálním postižením. Tato kapitola bude zabývat rolí a péčí matky o její dítě, dále informovaností, postojem okolí. Dále se bude věnovat zkušenostem matek dětí s mentálním postižením, a v poslední řadě důležitostí seberozvoje. Práce je zakončena třemi rozhovory matek dětí s postižením, díky kterým se můžeme přiblížit tomu, jak se vypořádávaly s každodenními potížemi v péči o své dítě s postižením.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis is focused on the demands which care for disabled child has for a mother. When such a child is born, it is difficult not only for the mother but also for the rest of the family and relatives to accept this fact. The must learn how to take care of him / her and to live with him / her. This theses first describes mental disabilities and syndroms, thereafter parents´ acceptance of affected child, their reactions, causes of bad reception and rules of disabled child welfare. It is usually the mother who bears full responsibility for the childcare. That is why next chapter is dedicated to mothers of mentally handicapped childern. This chapter looks into mother's role and care and also the awarness and attitute of others. Furthermore it is devoted to mothers' experience and last but not least to their self development. The work is concluded with three interviews of mothers. It gives us insight into how their were dealing with everyday difficulties in their disabled childcare.
