Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Řízení nákladů s akcentem na jejich kalkulování“ je analýza systému kalkulace a řízení nákladů ve výrobní divizi zvoleného podniku a její komparace s metodou Activity Based Costing (ABC). Komparace výsledků analýzy s metodou ABC odkryje případné rezervy v dosavadním systému řízení nákladů a umožní zpracovat přesný návrh implementace metody ABC. Teoretická část práce je v obecné rovině zaměřena na vysvětlení významu řízení nákladů v manažerském účetnictví, na popis funkce jednotlivých kalkulačních systémů a na užití konceptu implementace metody ABC do nákladového systému. Aplikační část práce je zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci používaného systému řízení a kalkulace nákladů ve výrobní divizi zvoleného podniku s metodou ABC, na vytvoření návrhu implementace metody ABC se zohledněním všech aspektů provedení této implementace.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis Cost management with stress on cost calculate is an analysis of system cost management in production division of a chosen firm and it‘s comparison with the methodology based on Activity Based Costing. The comparison results of an analysis with the method ABC will uncover pertinent backlog in actual cost management system and will enable work up accurate proposal of an implementation method ABC. The theoretical part is in a common level bent on explication of a meaning of the cost management in the manager accounting, on a functional description of particular costing systems and on a use a draft of an implementation the method ABC to the costing system. Application part of is bent on the analysis and the comparison used cost management system in production division of the chosen firm with the method ABC with a pointing to all aspects of this implementation.
