Analýza a návrh optimalizace předacích cen na příkladu konkrétního podniku

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrh optimalizace transferových cen uvnitř konkrétní nadnárodní korporace. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první z nich jsou popsány důležité informace o vybrané korporaci, v druhé jsou popsány pojmy a přístupy týkající se tématu práce zpracované na základě odborné literatury. Poslední část práce nabízí popis konkrétní problematiky v podniku, současná řešení, a pokud je to zapotřebí, navrhuje alternativní přístupy, které by mohly přístup k danému okruhu optimalizovat v souladu s prvky popsanými v předchozích kapitolách.

Abstract:

This thesis concentrates on analysis and proposals for optimization of transfer pricing inside the specific corporate. The study consists of three sections. In the first one, basic introduction of the company is given, whereas the second part offers basic terms and approaches to the specific topic. The last section describes the current transfer pricing policies inside the company and, if needed, suggests alternative attitudes of how to approach the optimization in accordance with the theoretical approaches in the specific situation faced by the business.
