Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je je zmapovať a opísať právnohistorický rámec právnych predpisov týkajúcich sa spevnených a nespevnených ciest v období rokov 1918 až 1992. Táto právna úprava ovplyvňovala nielen spôsob zabezpečenia výstavby a následnej správy ciest a komunikácií, ale aj oblasť financovania tejto nákladnej a potrebnej ľudskej činnosti, spôsob regulácie dopravy na cestách a správania sa …more
