Tématem této diplomové práce je právo na stávku a jeho zakotvení v českém právním řádu. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na teoretické aspekty stávky a práva na stávku. Následně je analyzována úprava práva na stávku v českém právním řádu. V této části práce je prostor věnován zejména úpravě na mezinárodní a ústavní úrovni. The topic of this graduation thesis is the right to strike and its establishment in czech legal order. At first the thesis aims at theoretical aspects of strike and the right to strike.
