Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh změny layoutu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout nové uspořádání layoutu za účelem zkrácení materiálových toků a četnost manipulace s materiálem. This diploma thesis focuses on the design of layout changes in a selected company. The aim of the project was to design a new layout in order to shorten material flows and the frequency of material handling.
