The Translatability of the "Schwab‘s Language" on the Example of "Der reizende Reigen"
Abstract:
The main theme of my thesis is the translatability of the “Schwab ‘s Language” into Czech on the example of the Werner Schwab‘s play „DER REIZENDE REIGEN nach dem Reigen des REIZENDEN HERRN ARTHUR SCHNITZLER“.The theoretical part of my thesis deals with literary translation, especially with translation of theatre plays.
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je otázka (ne)přeložitelnosti „švábovštiny“ do češtiny na příkladu divadelní hry rakouského dramatika Wernera Schwaba „DER REIZENDE REIGEN nach dem Reigen des REIZENDEN HERRN ARTHUR SCHNITZLER“. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice literárního překladu s bližším zaměřením na překlad dramatických textů.
