Transitions of Social Climate in School Class

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami sociálního klimatu školní třídy. Zaměřuje se na změny související s přechodem žáků z 1. na 2. stupeň základní školy. Pro potřeby tohoto šetření bylo použito kvantitativního nástroje MCI, v preferované i aktuální formě. Šetření byla provedena v téže třídě s časovým odstupem jednoho roku. První u žáků 5. třídy (ve šk. roce 2012/2013), druhé po přechodu těchto žáků na druhý stupeň (ve šk. roce 2013/2014). V obou případech bylo provedeno dvojí šetření nejprve preferované formy, poté aktuální. Získaná data z šetření popisujeme, analyzujeme a mezi sebou porovnáváme.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis examines changes of social climate in a school class. It focuses on the changes related to transition from the primary education level to the lower secondary education level on elementary school. For the purposes of research, the quantitative MCI tool was used, in both preferred and actual form. The investigation was made twice within the same class, with a year-long time span between the two observations. The first survey was carried out with 5th grade pupils (in school year 2012/2013), and then repeated one year later after their transition to the lower secondary education level (in school year 2013/2014). In each of the two cases, both preferred and actual forms were used. The data obtained from the surveys are described in this thesis, then analysed and compared one to another.
