The negative hydrotherapy effect on maximum anaerobic performance in the junior hockey category
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení tělesné výkonnosti. Posuzuje vliv lokálního působení chladu na anaerobní formu výkonu či vnímané bolesti a intenzity zátěže prostřednictvím 30 sekundového Wingate testu pro dolní končetiny.
Abstract:
Disertation focuses on the issue of physical performance evaluation. Evaluates the effect of local cold water immersion on anaerobic form performance or perceived pain and stress intensity through a 30 second Wingate Lower Leg test.
