NMR study of base-modified G-quadruplexes
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo studium nukleotidové sekvence TG3AG3T a bázového analogu s 2 aminoadeninem v pozici pět. Oligonukleotid byl studován pomocí metod nukleární magnetické rezonance, cirkulárního dichroismu a gelové elektroforézy.
Abstract:
The main goal of this Bachelor Thesis was the study of the TG3AG3T nucleotide sequence and its base analog with 2 aminoadenine in the position five. The oligonucleotide was studied using methods of nuclear magnetic resonance, circular dichroism and gel electrophoresis.
