Impact of the financial crisis on the development of banking regulation and supervision in the European Union
Abstract:
My thesis is focused on the banking sector and to supervise and regulate the banking sector, it wonders why it is needed and what is its significance. The bachelor thesis contains three parts. The first part deals with bank regulation and supervision. The second part focuses on the laws. The third part is the impact of financial crisis and the impact on the banking sector.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na bankový sektor a na dohľad a reguláciu v bankovom sektore. Kladieme si otázky, prečo sú regulácia a dohľad potrebné a aký je ich význam. Bakalárska práca obsahuje tri časti. Prvá časť sa zaoberá bankovou reguláciou a dohľadom V druhej časti sa zameriavame na zákony. Obsahom tretej časti je vplyv finančnej krízy na bankový sektor.
