Cieľom tejto práce je preskúmanie moderačného vplyvu veku na vzťah medzi využívaním telepráce a pracovnou spokojnosťou zamestnancov. Finálny výskumný súbor tvorilo 289 respondentov, ktorí mali možnosť vykonávať teleprácu. Na základe analýzy dát nebola pre moderačnú hypotézu nájdená podpora.
