Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stav výživy pacienta před a po výkonu v břišní chirurgii. Teoretická část práce se zabývá anatomií, fyziologií a přehledem výkonů orgánů gastrointestinálního traktu. Dále se zaměřuje na perorální, enterální a parenterální výživu, charakterizuje pojem malnutrice a zabývá se hodnocením nutričního stavu pacienta. The thesis focused on the nutritional status before and after abdominal surgery. The theoretical part is concerned with anatomy, physiology and an overview of operations on the organs of the gastrointestinal tract.
