Sexual and moral crimes in cyber crime

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálního zneužívání dětí v on-line prostředí, odhalováním sexuálních a mravnostních trestných činů v kyberprostoru a novými fenomény v chování pachatelů této trestné činnosti, ale i samotných obětí, jimiž jsou děti. Práce se rovněž zaměřuje na prostředí Dark webu, ale i sociální sítě jako jsou Facebook a Instagram, které dávají pachatelům prostor tyto trestné činy páchat. Cílem práce je formou experimentu na sociálních sítích poukázat na míru rizika ohrožení dětí a upozornit na závažnost, rozsáhlost a dopady sexuálního zneužívání dětí na Internetu. Experiment na sociálních sítích Facebook a Instagram se specializuje na to, jak moc jsou nezletilé dívky a chlapci ve věku 12 let a 14 let, kteří samy neoslovují potencionální pachatele a nechovají se nijak rizikově, ohroženi tím, že si je sexuální predátoři i přesto najdou a naváží s nimi kontakt za účelem sexuálního uspokojení či dokonce za účelem výroby a šíření dětské pornografie. Bakalářská práce je podložená odbornými statistikami, které vycházejí z práce Interpolu, Europolu, policie a dalších institucí zabývajících se problematikou sexuálního zneužívání dětí on-line a zároveň je podložená fakty z prostředí Facebooku a Instagramu, kdy pomocí printscreenů reálných konverzací, které jsou v bakalářské práci zobrazeny, lze demonstrovat, že nelze tento patologický jev podceňovat. Experiment má za cíl potvrdit statistiky zmíněných organizací, že počet případů sexuálního zneužívání dětí on-line každým rokem roste, a to i přesto, že existují různé osvětové kampaně a preventivní programy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sexual abuse of children and minors in the online environment, the detection of sexual crimes and moral wrongdoing in cyberspace. It further deals with new phenomena in behavior among perpetrators of these acts but also of the victims themselves which include children and minors. The work focuses on the areas of the so-called Dark Web but also social networks such as Facebook or Instagram which provide room for offenders to commit these crimes. The aim of the work is to conduct an experimental model and point out the degree of danger to children on social media and to draw attention to the severity, extent and impacts of sexual abuse of children and minors on the Internet. The experiment on social networks Facebook and Instragram specializes in exposing at how much risk underage girls and boys aged 12 to 14 years are even without themselves seeking out or contacting any potential perpetrators or engaging in any risk behaviors. The children of this age group are at risk by being contacted by sexual predators who seek sexual satisfaction or production and dissemination of child pornography. The bachelor's thesis is supported by scientific research statistics based on the work of Interpol, Europol, the police and other institutions dealing with sexual abuse of children online and is further based on factual information from the observations made in the Czech online space of Facebook and Instragram. The work incorporates real-life data from online interaction with perpetrators and demonstrates that this pathological phenomenon can no longer be overlooked or underestimated. The experiment aims to further validate the mentioned statistical data. The aim of the experiment is to confirm the statistics of the aforementioned organizations and that the number of cases of sexual abuse of children online is increasing each year in spite of existing campaigns and preventive programs aimed at raising public awareness.
