Abstract:
Proteiny rodiny EpCAM jsou povrchové glykoproteiny nadměrně exprimované ve většině epiteliálních karcinomů. Proteiny EpCAM a Trop2 ovlivňují řadu buněčných procesů včetně buněčné proliferace, migrace, adheze a signalizace. Abstract:
Proteins of the EpCAM family are cell-surface glycoproteins overexpressed on most epithelial carcinomas. EpCAM and Trop2 proteins affect a number of cell processes including cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and signalling.
