Práce se zabývá měřením akomodační amplitudy v závislosti na věku a zjišťováním akomodační amplitudy v závislosti na refrakčních vadách. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje anatomii jednotlivých očních struktur podílejících se na procesu akomodace a konvergence, představují Gullstrandův model lidského oka, jednotlivé refrakční vady a možné vztahy mezi akomodací a refrakcí oka. This thesis deals with the measurements of accommodation amplitude depending on age and with determining of accommodation amplitude depending on refractive errors.
