The influence of corporate culture in the organization of social work on the behavior of people in the organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na firemní kulturu v organizaci služeb sociální práce, kterou je Středisko sociálních služeb města Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. Cílem práce je zjistit vliv vybraných aspektů firemní kultury na postoje a chování lidí v organizaci sociálních služeb. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: ?Jaký vliv má firemní kultura na postoje a chování lidí v organizaci sociálních služeb?? V teoretické části byly představeny pojmy organizace, organizování a podrobně vysvětlená firemní kultura. Organizace bez lidí nemohou existovat, proto je zde položen akcent na lidské zdroje. Protože objektem výzkumu je organizace sociálních služeb, teoretická část se věnuje také jim. V praktické části je představena organizace, ve které byl proveden kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum. Byly stanoveny vedlejší výzkumné otázky a hypotézy. Empirická data byla analyzována na základě jednorozměrné a dvourozměrné analýzy. Testování hypotéz proběhlo pomocí testu nezávislosti (Pearsonův test Chí-kvadrát). Výsledkem výzkumu je vyhodnocení firemní kultury.

Abstract:

Dissertation is focused on company culture in organization of welfare service, which is Center welfare service in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The aim of essay is find out influence selected aspects of company culture on stand and behaviour of people in organization of welfare services. Main research question are: "What kind of influence company culture has on stand and behaviour of people in organization of welfare services?" In theoretic part terms "organization, organize" were introduced and company culture was elaborately explained. Organizations without people don´t exist, that here it is placed emphasis on human resources. Because the subject of research is organization of welfare servise, theoretic part is dedicated this too. Organization is introduced in practical part, there qualitative and quantitative research were carried out. Next research questions and hypothesis were determined. Empirical data were analyzed on the basis of one-dimensional and two-dimensional analysis. Theories were checked out by test of independence (Pearson´s Chi-Square). Result of research is evaluation of compane culture.
