Řešení sporů v právu WTO

System of Dispute Resolution in WTO Law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá způsobem řešení sporů v rámci WTO. Mechanismus řešení sporu je analyzován nejen na základě teoretického postupu, ale především s ohledem na konkrétní případ. Zvoleným případem je spor mezi EU a Indií týkající se opatření ovlivňující automobilový průmysl. Práce se snaží vyhodnotit, zda je způsob řešení sporu dostatečně efektivní a zajišťuje plnění povinností.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the way of resolving disputes within the WTO. Dispute settlement mechanism is analyzed based not only on theoretical procedure, but especially with regard to the particular case. The selected case is a dispute between the EU and India concerning measures affecting the automotive industry.
