Tato diplomová práce pojednává o reformě německé GmbH (společnost s ručením omezeným), která nabyla účinnosti 1. listopadu 2008. Hlavními cíli reformy byly modernizace právní úpravy, zvýšení atraktivity GmbH jako právní formy a potírání jejího zneužívání. This diploma thesis deals with the reform of German GmbH (i.e. private limited company or limited liability company) that took effect on 1st November 2008. The most important aims of the reform were to modernize the existing legal regulation, to increase the attractiveness of the GmbH as a legal form and to abate its misuses.
